How does the SL120 work?

SL120 flashes while you cycle and continues flashing for some minutes after you have stopped. This is thanks to a built-in capacitor which stores the power. What is the advantage of buying extra magnets?

With extra magnets on the spokes you will produce more power for your lights. That will improve the functionality further, depending on which lights you use: - More flashes if you use SL100. - Faster charging of the built-in capacitor if you use SL120. - More powerful light if you use SL150.

Why does my SL120 not continue flashing when I stop cycling?

The Reelight SL120 needs to be mounted correctly for it to work as it should. It is important to ensure that the distance between the magnets and the light does not exceed 3 mm. Also, you need to be aware that the capacitor is completely empty when Reelight SL120 is delivered. When the SL120 is used for the first time, we suggest you go for a 10-15 minutes bike ride to charge up the capacitor
